  Waitress was rude when I told her that my VERY pink steak was supposed to be medium well. "I can't help what the kitchen staff does!" When I got the manager, she was just as rude. "Well, we can make you another one, but it will take a long time. Do you just want me to take it off the check?" When I told her I didn't want to wait forever AGAIN, she said "FINE!" and snatched away the plate right from in front of my face, like she was afraid I was trying to eat that raw steak AND get it taken off of the bill too. Never once apologized for the error....just acted disgusted that I had complained of their error. Not worth the high price and staff is flat out rude!

  Food was ok. When you order Porter house Tbone you think.you get a nicely grilled MR Tbone. It was just ok. Wife's chicken was better. Nice atmosphere nice waitress.

  I love pilgreens steakhouse! The waitresses are so beautiful and so are the waiters, they are kind and give true southern hospitality! I had a great meal that tasted home made just like my mothers. I love this place! Will be coming back for sure!

  Steaks are what they are really good at here, service is usually really good with a very friendly staff. My wife tried the salmon, we will stick to steak and burgers in the future, may even try the fried chicken.
