  If I could leave zero stars, I would. Today is Labor Day and there was a sign in the window stating they would be closing early at 7:30, which is no problem. However, I pulled in the drive thru at 6:45. It took me 15 minutes to get to the speaker and order. I was informed they were out of soft tacos, which was part of my order. I ordered hard instead, but thought that was unusual. It took me 17 minutes to get to the window where you pay and receive your food. I was asked to pull up because my pizza would take 5 minutes to cook. I raised the question as to why my pizza wasn't already cooking since I ordered 17 minutes ago the girl was speechless and I said it's fine, I will pull up. She asked me if I needed any sauce and I requested 6 fire sauces. The car in front of me was also pulled up as well. 13 minutes later, I get put of my car along with the other patron to see where our order was. As I got to the door, the employee was coming out with the food. I went to my car and saw that I had no fire sauce. I went to the door and it was locked (7:30) and I had to bang on the door. It is ridiculous that I spent 45 minutes waiting on food at Taco Bell and they didn't have soft tacos, didn't put my pizza in, pulled up for almost 15 minutes, and forgot my sauce. I guess they were in a hurry to get off at 7:30pm because it was Labor Day. Very disappointed!

  It is Taco Bell. This location caught fire in November of 2016 and has yet to reopen.
